In accordance with the CCAB UK and ABTC professional codes of conduct,  I conduct all behaviour consultations on veterinary approval and share a written summary of my assessment and advice for your clinical records. 

I always request a copy of the pet's medical history, as physical health and behaviour are closely related. In multi-pet households, where behaviour problems involve more than one pet, I may request medical histories of all pets involved.
